• Customers can request a refund within 7 days of receiving their order.
• The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
• To receive a refund, the customer must return the product to us.
• Once we receive and inspect the product, we will confirm whether the refund is approved.
• Approved refunds will usually be processed within 5–7 business days.
• Refunds are only issued after the returned product has been received and approved.

Exchange Policy

• Customers can request an exchange within 7 days of receiving their order.
• The product must be unused and in its original condition and packaging.
• If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us as soon as possible.
• Clear photos or a short video may be requested for verification.
• Once the issue is verified, we will arrange a replacement or exchange where applicable.
